CALA offers three community spaces for exclusive booking of residents and commercial tenants only.
Booking these spaces is only needed if you will be hosting a party greater than 15 persons.

Seating for lounging for 7 persons

Total seating available: 35
SUN DECK
Exterior Area: 1,650 sqft exterior space
Maximum of 100 occupants for this amenity space.
COVERED PLAZA
Location: Ground Level/Park Level
Area: 3,040 sqft of covered outdoor space for a maximum of 200 occupants
Seating for lounging for 4 persons
Seating for dining for 16 persons
Total seating available: 20
SUNKEN GARDEN
Location: Garden Level/Sidewalk Level
Area: 1,350 sqft outdoor space
Seating for dining for 12 persons
Total seating available: 16
CALA offers free wifi within all of these spaces.
STEPS FOR BOOKING:
CALA Resident Amenity Booking Agreement must be signed by the CALA Host.
BOOKING RULES
Available Durations:
9:00 am to 3:00 pm
3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
All parties must begin no earlier than 9:00 am and disperse no later than 9:00 pm.
Any caterers brought to the events must be licensed and insured.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 3 days before the booked date.
