Trouble

  • For smoke, fire, gas odors, intruders, or life-threatening emergencies, call 911

  • For water leaks, beeping alarms, stuck doors, strange noises, and other non-urgent matters, contact BRIGS 24/7 HOTLINE (617) 536-4900

  • For problems with heating/cooling, water, electricity, appliances, smoke detectors, or door locks inside your apartment:
    If your landlord is Brigs LLC, enter into Appfolio portal for your unit
    If your landlord is another condominium owner, please directly contact them

  • For problems with your paid Internet service, contact your provider (Comcast or RCN)

  • For problems with CALA free Internet, contact help@basistech.com

  • For coping with a noisy neighbor, trash in the hallway, a mess in the community room, and other occasional annoyances of apartment living, contact the Resident Life Committee

Garage

  • Renting a dedicated spot - A limited number of spots are available for monthly rental.  For more information, contact Brigs.

  • Renting a shared spot - A limited number of spots are available for overnight and weekend parking.  For more information, contact garage@basistech.com

  • Joining the parking pool - Parking spot owners or renters can join the BasisTech parking pool.  Benefits include overnight and weekend parking for visitors, protection against a blocked spot, access to overflow parking, and free EV charging.  For more information, contact garage@basistech.com

Internet

  • Commercial providers - Comcast/Xfinity and RCN

  • CALA free Internet - contact help@basistech.com

  • Wired vs wireless - if you wire your 4K smart TV, you’ll get great video and your WiFi will be much faster

  • Community room - use WiFi password “art and architecture”

Intercom

  • Use your intercom for:

    • food & package deliveries

    • Guests & visitors

    • Operating the access to the building from inside your apartment

Building Security System

  • Card key or fob

  • Replacing lost key or fob or getting extra keys for family, guests, caregivers:
    For renters & owners, enter ticket onto Appfolio service request

Packages & Deliveries

  • Instructions for Amazon locker

  • Provide instructions for delivery services

  • USPS and Amazon have keys to enter the building

  • Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc deliveries need to access your the CALA package room via the intercom
