Please reference the map above and directions below, which outline the best way to access the building for each of the Guest Rooms.
Please note that CALA has building entrances at all Levels. Guest Rooms may be accessed via stairs or elevator from any Level within the building.
Guest Room 1 / Guest Room A - Level 0 (Garage Level)
The best way to access the building for Guest Room 1 / Guest Room A located on Level 0 (Garage Level) is on BROADWAY.
1. On BROADWAY, locate the GREEN GLASS PEDESTRIAN DOOR to the LEFT of the GREEN GARAGE ROLL DOWN DOORS.
2. At the INTERCOM to the LEFT of the ENTRANCE, enter the BUILDING CODE.
This will open TWO DOORS you need to pass through within 45 seconds.
3. Enter the GARAGE through the GREEN GLASS PEDESTRIAN DOOR.
4. Continue straight. Take a slight left to ENTER the RESIDENTIAL HALLWAY through a GREEN DOUBLE DOOR.
5. You will find Guest Room 1 / Guest Room A along this hallway on your LEFT.
Guest Room 2 / Guest Room B - Level 1 (Park Level)
The best way to access the building for Guest Room 2 / Guest Room B located on Level 1 (Park Level) is through LOU ANN DAVID PARK.
1. On BROADWAY, locate the 1060 BROADWAY SIGN along the street, next to LOU ANN DAVID PARK, at the INTERSECTION of BROADWAY & PACKARD AVE.
2. Next to the 1060 BROADWAY SIGN, locate and follow the YELLOW DOTS on the ground that will lead you to a COVERED PLAZA.
3. Continue straight past COURTYARD on your right towards the LEVEL 1 ENTRANCE.
4. At the INTERCOM to the LEFT of the ENTRANCE, enter the BUILDING CODE.
5. Walk through the Community Room to a RESIDENTIAL HALLWAY on your RIGHT.
6. You will find Guest Room 2 / Guest Room B along this hallway on your LEFT.
Guest Room 3 / Guest Room C - Level 2 (Roof Deck Level)
The best way to access the building for Guest Room 3 / Guest Room C located on Level 2 (Roof Deck Level) is through LOU ANN DAVID PARK.
1. On BROADWAY, locate the 1060 BROADWAY SIGN along the street, next to LOU ANN DAVID PARK, at the INTERSECTION of BROADWAY & PACKARD AVE.
2. Next to the 1060 BROADWAY SIGN, locate and follow the YELLOW DOTS on the ground that will lead you to a COVERED PLAZA.
3. Continue straight past COURTYARD on your right towards the LEVEL 1 ENTRANCE.
4. At the INTERCOM to the LEFT of the ENTRANCE, enter the BUILDING CODE.
5. Walk through the Community Room to a RESIDENTIAL HALLWAY on your RIGHT.
6. Take the ELEVATOR on your RIGHT-HAND SIDE to Level 2
7. Upon exiting the elevator on Level 2, turn RIGHT. You will find Guest Room 3 / Guest Room C along this hallway on your LEFT.
